I’m Dr. Maryke Van Zyl, a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience helping people manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm through mindfulness and evidence-based practices. I believe mindfulness is most powerful when practiced together, which is why I’ve created this group as a safe, welcoming space for all.
