Mindfulness Group

Find Calm, Clarity, and Connection in Just 30 Minutes a Week


Life moves fast, and it can feel hard to slow down. Stress, constant distractions, and racing thoughts can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. But mindfulness offers a way to pause, breathe, and come back to what matters most.

That’s why I created this Weekly 30-Minute Mindfulness Group—a live, online practice space where you can reset, recharge, and build consistency in a supportive community.


Who This Group Is For

This group is open to anyone interested in practicing mindfulness, no matter your experience level. Whether you are brand new or have years of meditation behind you, you’ll find guidance and support in a collaborative environment.

What to Expect Each Week

  • Practice guided mindfulness exercises designed to calm and focus the mind
  • Explore simple stress management strategies you can use daily
  • Share brief reflections in a supportive, collaborative group space
  • Build consistency in mindfulness without pressure or judgment


Each session is approachable, practical, and tailored to meet the needs of the group.

Group Details

  • Tuesdays 12-12:30 PST
  • 30 Minutes per Session
  • Location: Online via Zoom
  • Cost: $20 per session (or $75 monthly)


About Your Facilitator

I’m Dr. Maryke Van Zyl, a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience helping people manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm through mindfulness and evidence-based practices. I believe mindfulness is most powerful when practiced together, which is why I’ve created this group as a safe, welcoming space for all.
